Types of Crystals according to Chakras
What is Chakra?
Chakras are known as the continuous spinning wheel of the conscious energy. There are seven major and about fifty minor chakras. Chakra absorbs the prana (life energy). Prana has qualities of healing. The more life energy is absorbed by the chakra, the person is more healthy and balanced.
For healing purpose, crystals are placed on the healing points of the human body. The colors of the crystals are related with the different energy centers of the body. Each chakra has its personal color and if we place the same color crystal on the body, it will affect that area of the body. When these crystals are placed on the right energy centers they will help in cleaning and energize the chakra. It also helps in healing and increasing our energies.

Types of Crystals according to Configurations and Structure
Depending upon the different structures and configurations, crystals are divided in several types:
Generator Crystal
The Generator Crystal is known for its configuration of crystal faces, which are joining at the top of each crystal face and they all are joining in the same location, in order to form the terminated apex. Fabrication of this crystal also shows all its attributes.
Barnacle Crystal
When crystal is fully or partially covered with smaller crystals, then it is known as Barnacle Crystal. Fabrication of this crystal will not show the identical properties.
Record Keeper Crystal
When single or multiple raised perfect triangle(s) located on one or more of the crystal faces, then it is called Record Keeper Crystal. Fabrication of this crystal will not show the identical properties.
Tabular Crystal
While a flat crystal with notches on one or both of the flat sides, then it is known as The Tabular Crystal. Fabrication of this crystal will not show the identical properties.
Manifestation Crystal
A crystal in which a smaller crystal is totally enclosed is called Manifestation Crystal. Fabrication of this crystal will not show the same properties.
Key Crystal
When in the quartz crystal, a six sided (varying sided in other crystals) indented shape is located on a face of, or on a side of, the crystal, then it is The Key Crystal. The indented shape gradually gets narrower as it goes within the crystal, ending within the crystal (in an apex termination in the quartz crystal; in a variety of termination configurations in other crystals). Fabrication of this crystal will not show the same properties.
Rainbow Crystal
When there are fractures, producing rainbows within the crystal, then it is called The Rainbow Crystal. Fabrication of this crystal will not show the same properties.
Self-Healed Crystal
When there are small crystalline structures at the location where the crystal was removed from its matrix or home; then it is called as Self-Healed Crystal. Otherwise, when there is broken crystal (exhibiting the break in the horizontal plane or close to the horizontal strata), with the break being healed and the crystal structure being complete again. Fabrication of this crystal will not show the same properties.
Twin Crystal
When two or more crystals growing together such that certain portions of each crystal are in parallel alignment and other portions of each crystal are in reverse positions with respect to each other, then it is called Twin Crystal. Fabrication of this crystal will not show the same properties.
Bridge Crystal
When a small crystal partially in and partially out of a larger crystal, then it is called Bridge Crystal . Fabrication of this crystal will not show the same properties.
Dendritic Crystal
When crystal takes a shape of a branching figure or marking resembling a tree, fern, or moss-like form, then it is called Dendritic Crystal. Fabrication of this crystal will not show the identical attributes.
Sheet or Lens Crystal
The Sheet or Lens Crystal is seen in the formation of flat layers. Fabrication of this crystal will not show the identical attributes.
Phantom Crystal
When there is found an image of the structure of another crystalline mineral, comprised of white colored mineral and image looks like phantom, partially or completely inside a crystal. Then it is called as Phantom Crystal. Fabrication of this crystal will not show the identical attributes.
Transformation Crystal
When crystal is found in any shape and configuration and cannot be recognized until it changes its shape, size or colors, then it is called The Transformation Crystal. Fabrication of this crystal is not possible.
